The Full Moon Cafe – Fun & Friendly Fare

Published by at 8:36 pm under American,Bar & Grill,Cafe,Cherry Street

Today my husband and I decided to take an early lunch on Cherry Street and headed to The Full Moon Cafe. I had been to The Full Moon Cafe at night to enjoy the fun atmosphere and live music, but never for lunch.  We were excited to try someplace new and give it a try!

The Full Moon's Crispy Calamari

For starters we decided to try the Calamari Basket ($6.99) which consisted of fried calamari served with a fresh marinara dipping sauce. The tasty calamari was thick cut and topped with parmesan. The perfect appetizer for our lunch date!

Buffalo Chicken Salad - Yum!

For my entree I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Salad ($8.49) and was very pleased! The salad was delicious with the tangy buffalo chicken, crisp bacon, and mixed cheeses on a bed of fresh greens. I gobbled up what I could and still had at least half the salad left over. The Full Moon Cafe does not skimp on portion sizes!

Chicken Caesar Wrap

Eric decided to try the Chicken Caesar Wrap ($7.99) which he loved. He thought the wrap “goes above and beyond a normal wrap”. The garlic herb tortilla, crisp lettuce, and creamy caesar dressing make this wrap an irresistible bundle. The wraps and sandwiches are served with piping hot fries or homemade potato chips.

The Full Moon Cafe is a good place to go with coworkers, friends, or even a for a date with the honey. At night the place comes alive with live music and the restaurant even has outdoor seating.

The Full Moon Cafe is located at 1525 East 15th Street
